Enjoy images from a fun outdoor wedding in Southern Oregon. The couple was married on a lovely private property along the river. They laughed, cried and danced the night away. .jpg) It’s almost here. The Art of Weddings annual bridal showcase will take place in one month on Thursday, January 3rd, 2013. I always get excited for this event. It brings together Oregon’s best wedding vendors for an evening of flowers, fashion, appetizers, photographers and so much more. The longest running boutique bridal show in Portland, The Art of Wedding’s continue’s to impress and connect vendors and brides. Those who attend the show will be able to enjoy an exclusive fashion show brought to you by David’s Bridal. The designs will be worn by lovely models from Option Model and Media and hair will be done by Chachi Hair Salon. Before and after the fashion show enjoy talking with and viewing floral designs, gets advice from coordinators, take a silly photo with your fiance in a photo booth and leave with a the newest issue of Portland Bride and Groom Magazine. There will also be a raffle at the end of the evening where you could win services for your upcoming wedding day. Attending a bridal show is one of the best ways to meet and see vendors in action. Many of them will also be offering special packages for attendee’s of the show. You won’t want to miss the 2013 Art of Weddings! no comments Fall has to be my favorite time of the year. The air is crisp with a slight chill but the sunny afternoons are still warm and the perfect temp. I love the apple cider, corn on the cob, fall colors, fresh baked pies, halloween and turning another year older. With fall comes shorter days but it also provides really nice light for shooting portraits outdoors. I had a wonderful time, as always, photographing the Anderson Family. Here are a few of my fav’s from our recent shoot. Now is a great time to reserve a time for your family to update your photos; we only have a few more weeks of fall!

no comments One thing that not all my clients know is that I enjoy photographing architecture, still objects, details and yummy food! Some of my favorite shoots have been working with Lincoln Restaurant and Sunshine Tavern. I appreciate that they want their food photographed as is. It’s not altered at all or lit artificially. What you see in the images below is what you will see and get to eat when you go there! Professional images for your business are one of the best ways to communicate what you do with your customer.
