This Fine Art Wedding details inspiration was an editorial inspired by love. I have to say, the art of styling beautiful and aesthetically pleasing details is not necessarily an easy thing to come up with.

What Comes First

Firstly a beautiful design begins with inspiration. It can be a picture, a colour, or in my case a romantic tale I created in my head. This editorial shoot was all about love. Love for each other and love for light. If you know me by now, you know that I love photographing in natural light as long as I can. There is nothing better than capturing the moment in daylight.

What’s Next

Naturally, the second key element is light. This component distinguishes dark and moody photography from light and airy. When it comes to choosing your wedding photographer, as a bride, you need to first ask yourself what attracts you more – light or dark photography. Naturally, fine art wedding details will have a different feel depending on the lighting. Generally, photographers have one or the other style of shooting.

Finally

Thirdly, it’s thoughtful, personalised touches. From calligraphed envelopes with invitations, and menu cards to escort cards, these are the simplest ways to show adoration and appreciation for your guests. The options for personalization have no boundaries. To stylise and photograph all those frames was not just fun, but a lot of thought went into every flat lay design, adding and removing a detail.

Florals? This can be another element to add to your fine art wedding inspiration. Florals can be extravagant or they can be single buds in vases. In order to create an awe-inspiring design, is thought and heart put into each element. Every detail matters.

Let’s design and document your own fine art wedding story. Let’s make memories. What is your inspiration?
