WHAT IS YOUR WEDDING BOOKING PROCESS?

After speaking with the bride and the groom and going over their wedding day details, I require a signed agreement and a 30% retainer to reserve the date. Next, we go over the engagement photoshoot date and locations as this happens before the wedding. We discuss and plan the engagement shoot too to make sure it is a success as well.

WHEN CAN WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING DATE?

I usually book couples for their wedding 6-12 months prior to the big day. This usually happens after the venue has been confirmed and booked. I would suggest you reach out immediately after you booked the venue or after you got engaged.

HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU TYPICALLY PHOTOGRAPH ON A WEDDING DAY?

9 hours of coverage is typically what a couple wants. This is the ideal amount of time to photograph: the bride getting ready, detailed shots of all the personal items, the ceremony, the family and wedding party shots, the first dance, toast, cake cutting any other traditions.

WILL WE GET A USB OF THE IMAGES? CAN WE PRINT THEM ANYWHERE?

Of course, most wedding and portrait packages include your digital images. You can print them anywhere and as many as you need. (But you cannot sell them to any other business, or use them for advertising other products). Also, please note that I cannot guarantee the quality of the printing lab you chose! For the best print results, I suggest ordering your prints through the tested and trusted professional lab where the quality speaks for itself. Yes, you get what you pay for.

ARE THE DIGITAL PHOTOS IN HIGH RESOLUTION?

Yes, if the package you chose includes digital files, they are high-resolution images. This means they are of the highest quality for printing large images.

WILL YOU SHARE OUR PHOTOS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, I always share some of my absolute favourite photos from each wedding or portrait session on my website. Although, I'm flexible and my client's needs come first. Let me know in advance and we'll work out what's best for you.

WILL YOU BE PERSONALLY SHOOTING MY WEDDING? DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Yes, I will be your main photographer on the day, documenting all the creative moments. For large weddings, I'm accompanied by a talented second shooter.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR A WEDDING?

I do! I travel for the UK and overseas weddings. But there is a travel fee involved for overseas weddings. Please enquire for more information.

THE PACKAGE PRICE IS SLIGHTLY MORE THAN WE BUDGETED FOR. CAN WE PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

Couples or their parents usually pay in 2 instalments. The first one is 20% to reserve your date. The remainder is paid 60 days prior to the wedding. Photography may be a large chunk of your budget, but you won't get a second chance. Photographs will last forever and remind you of the beautiful start of your "together". In my opinion, photography is an investment for future generations to look back and enjoy.
